Ice box cookies ni mendapat namanye kerana doh or adunan cookies ni telah disejuk bekukan didalam peti beku sebelum dibakar..macam makanan sejuk beku la kan..macam karipap segera tu..ok ni kira cookies segera la..sape yang suka makan cocholate chip cookies angkat tangan!!hahaha..mesti ramai kan...banyak boleh beli kat kedai kan..Famous Amous..ouch..sedap..hehe..tapi klu dapat bakar sendiri fresh from oven..waaa..bestnye..kan..kan kan..tapi masalahnye..malasnye nak adun sendiri cookies tu..sibuk..tak sempat..takde resepi yang best..dan yang lagi best..memang takde skill baking membaking nie..hehe..ok ok ..takpe..saya ada penyelesaiannye..

Saya kini ada menjual adunan cookies yang telah siap diadun ...ape yang anda perlu lakukan..keluarkan adunan yang telah siap diadun tu dari peti sejuk dan bakar...sedia dinikmati bila bila masa sahaja:)senangkan???

1. Ni rupa doh yang telah dibekukan

2. Terus Potong doh yang masih beku tu ngan pisau..(xpayah tunggu cair or defrost)

3. Potong lagi doh tue jadi kiub2 kecil..or ikut suka berape besar anda nak..saya suka bite size aja..sumtime buat yang besar2..ikut mood..:)


4. Susun atas dulang pembakar..and bakar dalam oven selama 6-8 minit..angkat dan sejukkan..
p/s doh yang lebih..boleh dibungkus kemas2 dan disimpan balik dalam peti beku anda..keluarkan dan bakar bila2 masa yang kamu semua suka ya!!
doh boleh tahan sehingga sebulan didalam peti sejuk beku..bungkus elok2 !!

ok this is plane pizza..roti pizza kosong yang tak letak topping lagi..my customer ada yang mintak buat roti pizza kosong ni saja..sebab toping dia nak letak sendiri..ikut selera sendiri..tapi customer ni tak pandai nak buat roti..so dia request la roti kosong macam ni..klu korang tak pandai buat roti..tapi ada nak buat pizza sendiri kat rumah..boleh la beli roti pizza kosong macm ni..sejuk beku k...Roti ni ada ditambah serat or wholemeal..penting untuk diet sihat..

2. Wholemeal bread

Note: Roti serat atau also known as roti jagung..membantu diet pesakit diabetic terutamanya..roti mcm ni disaran oleh pakar diet hospital..jugak tak mengandungi pengawet and have good homemade quality


3. BUN
Price: RM 3.50 for 6 bun
Note: Lembut, mengandungi serat dan sangat sedap cicah ngan kopi or tea!!


OK OK...roti ni..boleh dibeli hari hari..klu nak tempah sehari sebelum..jugak terdapat yang sejuk beku..means sesape yang ada oven or microwave boleh la bakar sendiri and makan panas2 roti nie..klu takde boleh beli roti yang dah siap saya bakar..roti sejuk beku tu boleh letak dlam freezer sampai 3-4 bulan lamanya...good solution bagi sape yang inginkan roti segar dan sihat setiap hari..mungkin ada yang tatau cara nak menikmati roti nie..senang saja..roti mcm jugak roti gardenia or high 5 yang kita beli kat kedai tu..cuma tak dipotong and bentuk je lain..so lepas bakar potong..sapu la ngan butter or jam or ape saje..sedap jugak klu nak makan dengan soup cendawan!!
